Shipping Policy
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
You have to register as a member with an Email address to order.
You have to provide delivery address, billing address and daytime phone number so that we could process your order. Any missing information will only cause delay in the process.

When we receive an order from you with payment confirmation via Paypal, we will do the following
  1. Check Email Order Confirmation
  2. Confirm the Payment at our Paypal account
  3. Pack the products
  4. Ship via Hong Kong Post or at our discretion.

Taxes and Duty
Any Tax or Duty involved is the Buyer's responsibility.
The prices stated on this website are without tax or duty. It is the buyer responsibility to pay those tax or duty at your local authority (if applicable)

If your order is returned to us for failure to pay duties and taxes assessed by your country, we will not refund your original purchase price or any shipping charges incurred. Therefore, please check your local tax office prior making an order.

  1. No Order will be processed during Saturday, Sunday or Hong Kong National Holiday
  2. Order will be processed on the next available working day upon we received the order with payment.
  3. We will process your order within the next 3 working days.
  4. We ship from Monday to Thursday; we do not ship on Hong Kong National Holiday.
  5. For information regarding Hong Kong National Holiday. Please visit www.gov.hk
  6. If the unforeseeable happened and items are not in stock and you completed the payment via Paypal, we will response to you via email for refund or something else.
  7. Goods will not be sent when typhoon signal number 8 or above is hoisted or when rainstorm black warning is issued before the commencement of normal business hours.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the content of the information provided and payment has gone through. Please double check you provide the correct email address, delivery address and daytime phone number in case we need to contact you for a better services.

If you do not get order confirmation via email within 24 hours, please contact us at support@carisma-shop.com. Your order might be lost due to site maintenance or some unexplained error. You must provide your order code, purchase date and time and also your Paypal payment confirmation. Without this information, we cannot help you.

CHANGE OF ORDER
Contact us at support@carisma-shop.com if you wish to change your order after you paid via paypal.

If the goods haven't been shipped, we can change the order according to the price difference and make payment via paypal where applicable. If the new order is less than the original value, we will issue credit memo to the customer. No refund will be made.

If the goods already shipped, please refer to the no questions asked return policy procedures.

We are unable to reimburse for return shipping costs.

If the orders have not been received after 8 weeks of dispatch, contact us at carisma-shop.com together with your order number and Paypal payment confirmation.

WARRANTY - GENERAL
Carisma-shop.com products come with a warranty against any functional faults and defects for the stated period of 30 days from the date of proof of purchase. Any products are not working on arrival must be reported to us within 24 hours of you taking delivery. Please go through the Arrived and Faulty Claim procedures.

This warranty does not cover,
WARRANTY - ELECTRONIC MODULES
The Water Resisted electronic modules purchased from carisma-shop.com is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. In case of any defects were found in the product, complete unit on your side with the following documents must be presented against free replacement or repair. Required Documents Include: carisma-shop.com order number, paypal payment confirmation, commercial invoice and carisma-shop.com warranty card

Free Replacement: (30 Days From The Date Of Purchase)
Free Repair: (1 Year From The Date Of Purchase)
Out Of Warranty (Beyond 1 Year)

Note:
  1. During the 30 days from the date of purchase if you find any defect in the module, please send the complete unit together with required documents to us against free replacement or repair at our discretion.
  2. Within one year from the date of purchase if you find any defect in the module, please send the complete unit together with required documents to us for free repair. All the freight cost back and forth shall be covered by the customer.
  3. In case the module is out of warranty and you still want it to be repaired, please send the complete unit together with required documents to us. After initial evaluation we will issue a report and repair cost to you. If you confirm to repair it, we will proceed per your request; otherwise we will return it back to you at your cost. All the costs hereof shall be covered by customer and in no case shall our liability exceed the product's original costs.
  4. "Date of purchase" mentioned in the Carisma-shop.com Warranty Card means the date of purchase shown on the carisma-shop.com order confirmation with paid status.
Free Replacement or Repair Do Not Cover Following Conditions
Water resistant electronics ESC/Servo/Receiver - This is a sophisticated piece of electronic device which has been undergoing water resistant procedures. Please do not change or remove anything that is not originally supplied. Any attempt to change or remove anything outside the factory originally specification is deemed as void of warranty. Do NOT Change the Connectors.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Hong Kong Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage as per described above. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Carisma-Shop.com aims for 100% customer satisfaction with all of our products or services. This warranty is provided by Carisma and is in addition to your rights under the Hong Kong Consumer Law.
